Media Advocacy

Impumelelo’s Media Advocacy campaign is used strategically to leverage mass media to promote Impumelelo’s objectives and goals in line with its vision to build capacity for service delivery. Further, it uses this platform to advance public policy through developmental journalism by highlighting social issues and offering innovative solutions. Over a number of years, Impumelelo has used this platform for creating a reliable, consistent stream of publicity to showcase social innovations, including various articles and news items as presented below. Using conventional media platforms such as social media and newspapers, Impumelelo is developing it’s own digital media platform accessing its vast video and photo library to showcase some its portfolio of world class projects.
